Since university graduation in 2004, Ms. Huong Do’s professional journey developed firmly with Finance and Accounting Specialization which hereby she thought this job is her whole career. Back to the days that she had no idea of starting a business or even orient herself to transfer into business profession, a sudden incident happened drive Huong into intense depression for a very long time. During my battle with depression, coffee is a magic medicine which has always been by my side and helped me revive.A peculiar aroma and a bitter taste of coffee leads to a relaxing feeling, a refreshing mind and a active body whenever I took sips every morning. I found incredibly lucky when this magical drink appeared when I experience the tough periods of life.

The business model of REO will be towards to the Vietnamese community and society with the aim of creating a green, clean and wholesome lifestyle. REO will bring to the customers the most qualified with affordable prices. What I am proud most about REO brand is the integrity, the spirit and the energy. We are very carefully with all the process including selecting coffee fruits; growing, harvesting, roasting beans; and environmentally-friendly packaging.

Our future vision is to open more coffee experience zones across the country to spread knowledge about coffee to the coffee community and become one of the leading coffee business trusted by national and international customers.

ARABICA HONEY (BEAN/ POWER)

Taste: Berries, Bright Acidity, High sweetness (Sweet), Honey (Aftertaste)

Net weight: 250 gram

Suitable tools: Coffee filter, Coffee machine (Best taste), V60, Pour Over

Planting area: Muong Ang, Dien Bien. This is one of the planting areas for growing Arabica coffee with the best conditions in Vietnam. The quality plant in Muong Anh, Dien Bien has the same quality like the planting areas in Sao Paulo, Brasil

Process: The coffee berries which have the highest quality and the amount of sugar content have been harvested manually by the farmers. The coffee artist of REO started processing cofee following the semi-wet honey method combined with natural pre-processed beans. This method brings the best coffee flavor but the perfect taste is totally dependent on weather factors and the skill of the artists which requires them to be very careful and meticulous in each stage of soaking, drying, peeling and brewing coffee.

BLAZE COFFEE DRIP

Taste: strong, bitter, sweet and natural with honey taste (aftertaste), crisp chocolate flavor

Planting area: Central Highlands

Process: The farmers manually the most qualified coffee beans before roasting, then ground into pure coffee powder, finally start packaging. The coffee artist of REO started processing cofee following the semi-wet honey method.


Useage guidine:
- Step 1: Tear off the bag to take out the drip bag - Tear the edge of the Drip bag
- Step 2: Hang your drip bag on the side of the cup, shake gently to spread the coffee evenly.
- Step 3: Pour 40ml of boiling water at 90-95°C, pour it gently over the coffee powder and wait for the coffee to burst for 10-15 seconds
- Step 4: Continue pouring following clockwise 60ml boiling water (Pour evenly over the coffee powder, do not pour on the filter paper). Incubate for 2-3 minutes. Coffee acquires a deeper taste on the second filter.
- Step 5: Enjoy the first 100ml of coffee
- Step 6: Pour the next 100ml of boiling water into the bag and continue enjoying.
- Step 7: Repeat step 6 from 1-2 times

CHOCOLATE WITH CULI COFFEE BEANS

Description on Culi beans: Culi coffee beans are mutant coffee beans, that only gives 1 bean instead of 2 beans as usual, so the flavor is stronger, more frangant. The coffee beans of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans are hand-selected, roasted and ground according to the traditional recipe combined with REO's own new way of making, and then wrapped in a completely natural, preservative-free organic chocolate.

Introduction on chocolate: Hand-crafted chocolate, keeping the passionate aroma and mild, slightly sour taste of fermented cocoa beans combined with the multi-layered taste of special culi coffee beans.
• Dark chocolate: 62% dark chocolate wrapped with crispy roasted culi coffee beans has the intense bitter taste of coffee and cocoa.
• White chocolate: White chocolate wrapped with 100% pure roasted coffe beans is bitter, but immediately blends into the sweet white chocolate layer made from butter extracted from fermented cocoa beans.
Storage: Cool place, below 28 degrees, avoid direct sunlight - will be stored better if you put in the friedges
